Group Fitness has never been better at the Odessa Family Y. From Abs class to Zumba class and everything in between, we have it. Let our certified instructors help get you motivated to reach your fitness goals. Whether you’re just beginning an exercise program or looking for a fun way to maintain a healthy lifestyle, our creative and high energy classes are just the answer for you. Firm your body the military way. This class is a mix of body weight exercises, interval, and strength training. Boo-yah!

This is a fun high/low floor aerobics and toning workout that can be modified for all fitness levels.

Truly a great fat blaster and cross training class. Easy on the hips and knees, but provides intense endurance training for both the heart and lungs.

If you’re looking for an effective yet basic fitness class, this is it! Fit For Life participants use walking, weights, and tubing to increase their strength and fitness levels.

This is a challenging Boot Camp style class that builds strength and endurance in an environment that fosters camaraderie and grit. This fun class has it all! A combination of weight and cardio routines all choreographed to upbeat original music.

Ready for a great stress buster? This high-energy class incorporates moves that work out all muscle groups.

This class is a combination of both Pilates and yoga. These moves improve overall core strength in the abdominal and lower back areas and enhance flexibility as well as cultivating a sense of well-being.

This is a fitness class for older adults. It is designed to increase strength, range of movement, agility, balance, and coordination.

Traditional step classes that include toning and abdominal work. Check at the front desk about beginner step lessons.

S-T-R-E-T-C-H and say “ahhh!” Connect the mind with the body through breathing, stretching, and strengthening poses.

You’ve heard about it. We have it! Shake, dance, and mamba your way to fitness. This very high energy class uses Latin and world rhythms as well as hip-hop and kick boxing moves. Come join the party!
