Let our certified instructors help get you motivated to reach your fitness goals. Firm your body the military way. This circuit style class is a mix of weights, body weight and cardio intervals. Boo-Yay!

Variety is key in this fun high/low class. Cardio moves combined with resistance equipment equals a great workout that can modified for all fitness levels.

Easy on the hips and knees, this class provides intense endurance training for both heart and lungs.

If you're looking for an effective, yet uncomplicated fitness class, this is it. This class format includes walking, weights and tubing to increase strength and fitness level.

Frontline is a challenging circuit style class that builds strength and endurance in an encouraging and supportive environment.

This class combines traditional Pilates with body weight moves that improve core strength, flexibility and balance. 

Participants use weights to burn fat, increase muscular strength and endurance in this fun and challenging class.

 

Ideal for active older adults, this class is designed to increase strength, range of motion, agility, balance and coordination.

Synced to invigorating music, Strong by Zumba is a rocking, high intensity interval class that uses burpees, pushups and other challenging moves to get you fit!

 

S-T-R-E-T-C-H, relax, and say "ahhh!" Connect mind and body, increase flexibility and balance through breathing and stretching.

 

Zumba uses Latin, world beats and popular music to dance your way to fitness in this fun, high energy class. Come join the party!
