Let our certified instructors help get you motivated to reach your fitness goals. Whether you’re just beginning an exercise program or looking for a fun way to maintain a healthy lifestyle, our creative and high energy classes are just the answer for you. The Zumba program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away.

Build your cardio fitness through fun choreographed routines on the step by learning basic step movements and building up to bigger step combinations.

Frontline is a challenging circuit style class that builds strength and endurance in an encouraging and supportive environment.

This class combines traditional Pilates with body weight moves that improve core strength, flexibility, and balance.

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated/standing support.

Stretch, relax and say “ahhh!” Connect mind and body, increase flexibility and balance through breathing and stretching.

A Japanese martial art whose physical aspects seek the development of defensive and counterattacking body movements. The themes of traditional karate training are fighting and self-defense, though its mental and moral aspects target the overall improvement of the individual. *Additional Fee Required
