The Odessa YMCA Learning Center offers children the opportunity to start school in our PreK-3 program.
In partnership with the Ector County Independent School District, the Odessa YMCA Learning Center teaches Frog Street curriculum. The children are taught how to listen, read and write. They also learn how to problem solve and be creative through arts and crafts.

Before and after school programs offered
In addition to our PreK-3 program at the Odessa YMCA Learning Center, the facility offers before and after school care for children attending any PreK-3 program. We also offer after school care for children up to 12 years old and we pick up from most area schools. We have full day daycare hours during the summer.
The Odessa YMCA Learning Center is located at 1111 Pagewood Avenue. School hours are 7:45 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., while daycare hours are 7:45 a.m. to 6 p.m. When the school is closed and during the summer, daycare hours are 6:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
All Odessa Family YMCA daycare facilities accept Child Care Services (CCS).

The Odessa YMCA offers childcare as early as 6 weeks old at two of locations (Odessa YMCA Central Learning Center) and (Joe Pinner West Odessa YMCA Learning Center). The Odessa YMCA Central Learning Center is located at 3001 E. University Blvd. Hours of operation from from 6:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Joe Pinner Learning Center
The Odessa YMCA offers childcare as early as 6 weeks old at two of locations (Odessa YMCA Central Learning Center) and (Joe Pinner Learning Center). The Joe Pinner West Odessa YMCA Learning Center is located at 1601 W. 13th Street. Hours of operation from from 6:45 a.m. to 6 p.m.
