Zumba
>> The Zumba program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program.

Step
>> Build your cardio fitness through fun choreographed routines on the step by learning basic step movements and building up to bigger step combinations.

Frontline Elite
>> Frontline is a challenging circuit style class that builds strength and endurance in an encouraging and supportive environment.

Pilates
>> This class combines traditional Pilates with body weight moves that improve core strength, flexibility and balance.

SilverSneakers Classic
>> Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated/standing support.

Yoga
>> Stretch, relax and connect mind and body, increase flexibility and balance through breathing and stretching.
