Yes. We have over 24 weekly classes offered from Yoga to Frontline Elite. These classes offer a great workout in a class setting and are all included in your membership.

Yes. As a member, you are given guest passes to provide friends or family throughout the year. You can bring a friend to register for their free 3-day pass. Guests/friends can use the facility for a max of 3 days and then must become a member to continue to use our facility.

Yes. We have a 3-day Trial Membership for free. After that, we have several options that you can choose as a new member.
